REQUIRED SKILLS:

Looking for PCB layout design Engineers with the following requirements:
  • Extensive experience in complex, high-density, high-speed PCB layout design for Analog, Digital, RF, and Mixed-Signal applications.
  • Hands-on experience with 2U/3U server-class platforms and HDI PCB designs featuring high-pin-count, fine-pitch BGAs (0.5 mm and 0.8 mm).
  • Expertise in high-speed interfaces including DDR4/LPDDR4x/5x, FPGA, Processors, PCIe Gen5/6, USB3.0/3.2, SATA, Ethernet, ADC/DAC, NAND/NOR Flash, SD, RS-422, MIL-1553, Bluetooth, SFP, Wi-Fi, GPS, and GSM.
  • Proficient in IPC-7351 compliant library and footprint creation.
  • Skilled in electrical constraint setup, including controlled impedance, length matching, differential pair routing, and delay tuning.
  • Experience in AC-DC, DC-DC, and SMPS power supply layout designs, including isolation and power integrity requirements.
  • Knowledge of power distribution, thermal analysis, simulation, and PCB reliability considerations.
  • Proficient in PCB-to-mechanical data conversion formats such as DXF, IDF, and STEP.
  • Experienced in Gerber generation, validation, DFM deliverables, and manufacturing release processes using CAM350 and ODB++ Viewer.
  • Familiarity with OrCAD Capture schematic design tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Design, SI/PI, Mechanical, Manufacturing, DFM/DFA, and PCB CAD teams.
  • Proficient with Cadence Allegro, Altium Designer, Zuken and Mentor PADS PCB design tools.
