MIS specialist / Senior Manager

Role Summary
Require Experienced MIS professional with strong analytical and reporting skills, proven experience in listed companies, and the ability to lead teams. The ideal candidate will manage management reporting, IND AS compliance, and deliver high‑quality MIS and ad‑hoc reports for leadership decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the MIS function, managing and mentoring a small team.
- Prepare, review, and publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports for management.
- Manage reporting requirements specific to listed companies, including investor‑related data, board-level dashboards, and statutory disclosures.
- Coordinate and support preparation of ad‑hoc reports requested by Management, CFO, and Leadership teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial data analysis, forecasting, and variance reports.
- Drive process improvements in MIS systems, reporting templates, automation, and data accuracy.
- Work closely with Treasury, Sales, and Operations teams for data consolidation.
- Ensure compliance and proper application of IND AS standards in all MIS and financial reporting.
- Support budgeting and annual operating plan (AOP) preparation.
- Provide data‑driven insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in MIS, Financial Reporting, or FP&A.
- Experience working in a listed company is required.
- Strong understanding of IND AS standards and financial reporting frameworks.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel, Power BI (optional but preferred), and data analysis.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
